FIBER
Carding and drawing for evenness and quality.

SPINNING
Open-end spinning allows for a higher % of recycled fibers in the yarn, while maintaining cost competitiveness. It is also much more energy efficient per kg of yarn than ring-spinning, resulting in lower CO2 emmissions.
